For 40 years, Co-Labor has aimed to help unemployed individuals reintegrate into professional and social life.
Through our activities focused on horticulture and organic food, we act, on our scale, to preserve and rebuild the environment that allows us to live and work.

Notre mission principale est d'accompagner les personnes sans emploi dans leur insertion ou réinsertion sur le premier marché de l'emploi.

Nous agissons, à notre échelle, pour préserver et reconstruire l’environnement qui nous permet de vivre et de travailler :

Dans le domaine d’horticulture nous mettons un accent sur les services et produits favorisant la biodiversité.

Dans le domaine alimentaire, nous promouvons le circuit court en tant producteur et distributeur de fruits et légumes biologiques.
Afin d'améliorer notre impact environnemental, nous nous engageons très concrètement pour réduire notre consommation d'énergies non renouvelables, réduire notre consommation d'eau potable et réduire nos déchets et trier de manière adéquate ceux qui sont incompressibles, pour en garantir la meilleure valorisation.
Notre engagement écologique, est entre autre garanti à travers notre adhésion à plusieurs systèmes de certification et validation.

Modernization
Undergoing Development
From the 2000s onwards, pilot projects multiplied, including 'Valobois,' 'Holzmanufaktur,' 'Bio-sol,' and the launch of fruit production.
These gradual diversifications require more space and infrastructure... the management team is exploring the best options.
A solidified Projet
The project, previously located in the north of the Grand Duchy, establishes itself on Route d'Arlon with its first premises. Between 1985 and 2000, the project develops as a whole: the opening of a flower and gardening tools shop and the launch of the pilot project 'Grénge Kuerf,' the delivery service for organic fruit and vegetable baskets."
Birth of co-labor
Founded in 1983, Co-Labor began creating jobs in garden maintenance and environmental care through the development of walking paths, bank cleaning, and forest planting maintenance. Gradually, the relevant ministries granted unemployment benefits for the employment of each unemployed individual.
